Yes, we accept debit cards, gift cards, check cards and pre paid cards as long as they have the Visa, MasterCard or Discover logo on them and they are registered to a valid US or international address.

There wont let you transfer stamps in that instance. I know in Michigan, you can only send stamps on Jpay when you write an inmate. Its on the page where you write them. There is a box to check to send one with our message.
